Return Policy

We Want You to Love Your Gear

At Ninety-One Collective, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our cycling apparel. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all eligible items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to alexandra@theshopbyalex.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, making sure to include any accessories or accompanying materials.

  3. Ship Your Item: Ship your item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate in your email the desired exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
